My role was to create visually engaging and informative newsletters aimed at educating users on the proper use of ReFa products. The campaign was designed to build trust and foster a deeper connection between the brand and its users.


Through consistent, targeted email communication, we successfully achieved a 78% click rate to the targeted product pages, significantly enhancing user engagement and brand loyalty.
