Competitive Research: Evaluated similar healthcare platforms to identify key features and pain points. Stakeholder Interviews: Collaborated with healthcare providers and administrative staff to understand operational needs.

We surveyed 50 community members and conducted 10 in-depth interviews to gather qualitative and quantitative data. Key insights included: 70% of users wanted the ability to book appointments online. Users prioritized ease of navigation and clear service descriptions. Language accessibility was a critical need for non-English speakers.
